In their photographs referring to a durability of a sculpture, the artists transform the durability into imitation. They play with associations by taking a series of photographs illustrating stone matter of marble – perceived as a large stone slabs. In fact, these are a rescaled images of the marble-like pattern of book covers produced by using the traditional technique known as ebru.
